CASHBACK DINING

ekko Shareholders shall be entitled to up to R120 cashback at participating restaurants. The cashback amount will be calculated on the second most expensive main meal on the bill, up to a maximum of R120. The cashback claim is limited to a maximum of one claim per restaurant per day, and only one claim may be submitted every 3 hours, i.e. you may make multiple claims per day, provided that each claim is for a different restaurant, and the claims are at least 3 hours apart. The cashback claim is based on the restaurant’s standard prices and may not be used in conjunction with any special offers, promotions, discount vouchers, or loyalty programmes. The cashback claim includes takeaways and delivery orders, where available. The cashback claim includes main course/drink combos, provided that the combo is a standard menu item and not a special offer or promotional item. The cashback claim does not apply to desserts, toppings, sides, shareable platters, individual sushi items, extras on burgers/pizzas, or any “build-your-own” options. The cashback claim will be processed within 5 (five) working days. Claims made during the December holiday period may require additional time to process. The cashback claim is valid for the restaurants specified in the ekko mobile app. ekko may amend this list from time to time, and Shareholders should always refer to the ekko mobile app for the most recent/updated list of restaurants. A maximum of two separate Shareholders can make a claim on a single bill. In the case of two claims on a single bill, the first claim shall be calculated on the second most expensive main meal, and the second claim shall be calculated on the fourth most expensive main meal. All claims must be made via the ekko mobile app. A request for a cashback voucher via the ekko mobile app is not a booking with the restaurant. All claims are provided directly by and processed by ekko, not the restaurant. Please refer all queries to ekko.
